A selection of the best organic Spanish Merlot grapes are vinified at a fixed temperature of 24ºC and at a lower pace to achieve the maximum expression of the variety and full richness of the wine. After the fining stage, this wine has a short ageing in carefully selected oak to add to the perfection of its taste and bouquet.

Aroma: Mature fruit with a background similar to violets and roses. Light spicy notes with sparkles of chocolate and caramel.
Colour: Intense plum colour with ruby reflections. In the glass it shows a dense and abundant tear, indicating a good structure and full body.
Taste: Round, with soft beginning then powerful, taste of blueberries combined with liquorice and smooth chocolate.
Ageing: 3 – 4 months in selected French oak barrels. A few months of ageing in the bottle provides the full rounding up of this wine.
