A selection of the best organic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified at a fixed temperature of 24ºC and at a lower pace to achieve the maximum expression and full richness of this variety. After fining this wine has a short ageing in carefully selected oak to complement perfectly its aroma and taste.

Aroma: A blend of mature red and wild fruits together with soft tinges of red liquorice, vanilla and mild peppers.
Colour: Deep and intense with a purple edge. In the glass it shows a dense and abundant tear, indicating a good structure and full body.
Taste: Round, large and and powerful in the mouth notes of red fruits, strawberry, herbs, vanilla and mild spices.
Ageing: 3 – 4 months in selected American oak barrels. A few months of ageing in the bottle is required for the full rounding up of this wine.
